HB 525: Cleveland Education Transformation Plan

On July 2nd, 2012, Govern Kasich signed into law HB 525 (Williams, Amstutz) which is intended to overhaul the Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD). The purpose of the plan is to give CMSD the flexibility it needs to provide quality education to all of the children in the district.
